JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Forty Tennessee track & field athletes have made the trip to Jacksonville, Florida, to begin NCAA postseason action at the East Preliminary Rounds this week. The four-day regional competition is set for Wednesday, May 28, through Saturday, May 31, at the University of North Florida's Hodges Stadium.

The Big Orange will have 47 entries at the meet, competing in 25 events over the course of the competition. The top-12 finishers in each event will advance to the NCAA National Championships, set for June 11-14 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.

Streaming coverage will begin each day with running events on the track, starting at 6 p.m. ET Wednesday and Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Live results will be provided throughout the meet by Flash Results Inc.

RANKED VOLS: In the latest installment of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Track & Field Rating Index, the men of Tennessee climbed at No. 2 nationally while the Lady Vols were slotted No. 26.
