Men's Golf Central: Pauma Valley Invitational

The Vols will kick off the two-day, three-round tournament on Monday, March 17. The first day will feature 36 holes, with tee times beginning at 10:40 a.m. ET. The final round will wrap up on Tuesday, March 18, with tee times also starting at 10:40 a.m. ET.Â
This will be the Vols' third spring tournament, following a top-five finish at the Cabo Collegiate, where three Tennessee players finished in the top 25. Â
Evan Woosley-Reed led Tennessee in Cabo with a 1-under-par performance, tying for 11th place, while Lance Simpson and Laurent Desmarchais both earned top-25 finishes.Â
The 2025 Pauma Valley Invitational will mark Tennessee's first appearance in the 54-hole, par-71 tournament, which is in its second year of existence. The 2024 tournament was the inaugural edition of the tournament.Â
THE VOLS' INDIVIDUAL
Lance SimpsonÂ
The Ben Hogan Award watchlist member enters the contest with a team-leading 70.38 stroke average this spring, having finished in the top 15 in four of the six tournaments he has played in.Â
Laurent Desmarchais Â
The senior is back in the lineup after a promising performance in his first lineup appearance of the season at the Cabo Collegiate where he posted a top-25 finish.Â
Jackson HerringtonÂ
The freshman has appeared in all six lineups thus far, entering his seventh contest with a 72.33 average.Â
Josh HillÂ
Hill makes his third lineup appearance after beginning the spring with a pair of sixth-place finishes, including a career-best 10-under performance in Puerto Rico.Â
Evan Woosley-ReedÂ
Woosley-Reed looks to keep his momentum going after posting his two best performances of the year, finishing 1-under in both Puerto Rico and Cabo.Â

Freshman Christian Pardue is competing again as an individual after recording two top-20 finishes in his last two appearances at The Stono and Thomas Sharkey Individual tournaments.Â
