Kinsey Fiedler Signs with Lady Vols

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – On Friday, Tennessee softball head coach Karen Weekly announced the signing of former Washington Huskey Kinsey Fiedler (FEED-lur).
"We are thrilled to welcome Kinsey into the Lady Vol softball family," Weekly said. "Kinsey is a proven winner and leader. I love the competitive fire she brings to the field every day. Her character and values align perfectly with our culture and I am excited to have her become part of our program."
A rising senior, Fiedler owns a career .283 batting average with 92 runs scored, 23 home runs and 71 runs batted in. A left-handed hitter, she has a career slugging percentage of .530 with an OBP of .397 and 27 stolen bases over the past three seasons.
Fiedler had the best year of her collegiate career in 2024, slashing .336/.573/.411 with 30 runs, seven home runs and 27 RBIs.
A versatile athlete, Fiedler has played in the infield and outfield during her time in Seattle – appearing at every position except for pitcher and first base.
A native of Lee's Summit, Missouri, she played in 150 games – making 143 starts – with the Huskies. In 2023, she helped guide Washington to the Women's College World Series – its first trip to Oklahoma City since 2019.
