KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The seventh-seeded Tennessee men's tennis team is set to host the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament, running May 3-4 at Barksdale Stadium.
The Vols (22-6), boasting their fourth consecutive season as a top-eight seed, will take on ETSU in the Round of 64 Friday at 1 p.m. ET.

Tickets for the Knoxville Regional are on sale for $5 per day and can be purchased here. UT students get in free with a student ID. Fans are encouraged to park in the Lake Avenue Garage. A parking map can be found here.
For outdoor matches at Barksdale Stadium this season, concessions and alcoholic beverages will be sold on the concourse at the top of the grandstand behind court two. More information on Tennessee's enhanced fan experience efforts can be found here.
UT finished second in the SEC this year, with a 10-2 conference record. It reached the SEC Tournament semifinals, before falling to South Carolina, 4-2.

SCOUTING ETSU
ETSU (13-9) clinched an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament after being crowned 2024 SoCon Tournament Champions, marking the program's sixth straight appearance in the tournament. The Bucs are currently on a nine-match winning streak headed into regionals, notching a 7-0 conference record.
Dimitri Badra was named SoCon Player of the Year after posting a 14-4 dual match record atop ETSU's singles lineup this season. The Maracay, Venezuela, native is the only player in conference history to earn player of the year accolades in four consecutive seasons. He and his doubles partner, Adam Nagoudi, are 8-6 at the No. 2 spot.
SCOUTING NORTH CAROLINA
UNC (14-9) registered a 7-5 ACC regular season record to tie for fifth place in the conference and went 2-0 against SEC opponents in 2024. The Heels advanced to the ACC Championship quarterfinals before dropping to No. 13 Duke, 4-0, on April 19.
Will Peters boasts a 12-7 mark in dual match action, playing at the No. 5 and 6 spots. Philip Jordan and Benjamin Kittay, ranked 29th as a duo, hold an 8-9 record as North Carolina's top doubles pair.
SCOUTING MEMPHIS
Memphis (18-6) is coming off an AAC Championship final loss, narrowly falling to Charlotte, 4-3, on April 21. The Tigers went 4-1 in conference play and tallied a 2-2 mark against SEC opponents in 2024. Pablo Alemany, ranked 58th in singles, is 11-8 atop UM's lineup. He and his doubles partner, Charlie Barry, hold a 12-7 record at the No. 1 spot this season.

The sixth-ranked Vols have surpassed the 20-win mark in each of the past six full seasons. The Vols were 14-2 when the 2020 dual season was shut down due to COVID-19 and reached the 20-win mark in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and now 2024.
JOMO REPEATS AS SEC POY
Monday was named SEC Player of the Year for the second straight year, becoming the fourth player in conference history to receive player of the year accolades in back-to-back seasons, following Mississippi State's Nuno Borges (2017, 2018, 2019), Georgia's John Isner (2006, 2007) and VFL John-Patrick Smith (2010, 2011). Monday is one of four Vols in program history to be named SEC Player of the Year behind Chris Woodruff (1993), Smith (2010, 2011) and Mikelis Libietis (2013).
SHUN NAMED FIRST TEAM ALL-SEC
Mitsui earned All-SEC First Team accolades after going 20-5 in 2024, playing primarily at the No. 2 spot in singles. The junior standout recorded a 10-2 mark in conference play while notching a 9-2 record against ranked opponents. The Shizuoka, Japan, native played at the No. 2 doubles spot alongside Filip Pieczonka this season. The pair tallied a 19-2 record in 2023-24 and went 8-1 in SEC action.
JOMO'S SUCCESS
Monday holds a stellar 17-1 record against ranked opponents this season, including a 4-1 mark against those in the top 25. The senior, who notched a perfect 10-0 record in conference play, boasts an impressive 23-2 dual match record this season.
