Thomas Lands On TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Week

CULVER CITY, Calif. - Tennessee redshirt-sophomore Jaida Thomas has been named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com Women's Team of the Week, the publication announced Tuesday morning.

The forward from Irving, Texas, recorded two goals at Texas A&M, including the game-winner, to lead No. 15 Tennessee to a 3-1 come-from-behind win on Friday.Â
This is the first TopDrawerSoccer Team of the Week honor for Thomas this season and the second of her career. She's the second Volunteer to earn TDS Team of the Week honors in as many weeks, as freshman Taylor Huff made the list on Sept. 28.Â
Thomas and Huff currently lead the team in goals scored, each with six on the season.Â

The Vols will continue conference play this Thursday, hosting the Gators for a 7 p.m. ET kickoff. The match will be streamed on SECN+.Â
