Tennessee men's tennis coach Chris Woodruff has announced the signing of two recruits from his 2021 recruiting class.
UT welcomes American prospect Louis Cloud and Ireland native Conor Gannon who will each enroll in the Fall of 2021.
"The University of Tennessee is really excited to welcome both Conor and Louis," Woodruff said. "Both guys fit the mold of what we teach here, which is competitive spirit and grit."
Conor Gannon | Dublin, Ireland
Gannon will arrive on Rocky Top as the first ever Irishman to suit up for the Orange & White.
"Conor brings a physicality that will serve him well. He's a strong and physical player and is a natural leader that will fit the DNA of our program," Woodruff said.
A native of Foxrock, Dublin, Ireland, Gannon is the Nation's top-ranked junior player and is a four-time Irish National Champion at the under-16 and under-18 levels, in both indoor and outdoor draws.
Gannon also holds eight ITF junior titles, with three coming in singles and five in doubles play.

Conor is the son of Karen and David Gannon.
Louis Cloud | San Antonio, Texas
Cloud is ranked No. 15 American prospect in the class of 2021 and has been tabbed as a blue-chip recruit according to tennisrecruiting.net.
"Louis is a worker. He's a player that keeps a lot of balls in play and is never afraid to compete," Woodruff said.
