Walton Advances at ITA All-American

TULSA, Okla. – Tennessee's Adam Walton began singles play with a win in the main draw of the Saint Francis Health System ITA Men's All-American Championships Wednesday afternoon at the Case Tennis Center.
The nation's No. 17 ranked player quickly dispatched Tulsa's Juan Pablo Cenoz in two sets, 6-3, 6-2. The Home Hill, Australia native will face Dartmouth's Charlie Broom in the Round of 32 on Thursday. Broom defeated No. 79 Zeke Clark from Illinois, 6-4, 4-6, 7-5.
Walton is now 11-2 on the year and looks to make a deep run at the ITA All-American Championships after reaching the finals of the M15 Champaign Futures and Gamecock Invitational.
