Registration Open for UT Fall Hitting Clinics

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Registration is open for the Lady Vols 2019 Fall Hitting Clinics, a pair of one-day sessions for athletes of all skill levels. Hosted by regarded Tennessee volunteer assistant coach Marc Weekly, the clinics will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The first clinic, scheduled for Oct. 20, will focus on hitting the inside pitch, while the emphasis of the Nov. 17 clinic will be hitting the off-speed pitch. The cost of each session is $75 and will be held at the indoor hitting cages.

Attendees will compete at the home of Lady Vols softball, Sherri Parker Lee Stadium, and receive instruction from the renown Tennessee coaching staff and members of the UT softball team. The camps will help players hone their hitting skills, offering instructive lessons targeting specific aspects of hitting that are vital to success at all levels of softball.

Participants will need to bring their own equipment (glove, bat, helmet, cleats, visor/hat, water).
