Saturday Baseball Postponed, Vols to Play Doubleheader on Sunday

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Due to inclement weather, Saturday's baseball game between Tennessee and Maryland has been postponed until Sunday, Feb. 17. The Vols and Terrapins will play a doubleheader beginning at noon ET at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
The second game will begin approximately 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first contest.
Tennessee sophomore pitcher Garrett Stallings is slated take the mound in the first game of the day. UT's starter for the final game of the series is still to be determined.
Both general admission and reserved tickets from Saturday's contest will be redeemable for Sunday's games. Fans can exchange their tickets from Saturday's game at the ticket booth located at the main entrance of Lindsey Nelson Stadium for a Sunday ticket that is good for both games
Fans can also donate two non-perishable food items at the gate on Sunday to receive a complimentary general admission ticket. On Sunday, kids under 12 also get in free. For more info on Sunday's games, visit the Series Central page HERE.Â
