Tennessee looks to extend winning streak to season-high seven matches Sunday in Starkville, Miss.
STARKVILLE, Miss. – The University of Tennessee volleyball team travels to Starkville for a match-up with the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Sunday afternoon in Newell-Grissom Building.

The Lady Vols (20-5, 11-2 Southeastern Conference) are in the midst of the season-best six-game winning streak, sweeping the last three weekends in conference play. The streak, which is the second longest in the SEC, has helped them move into a tie for second place in the standings.

Mississippi State (5-21, 1-12 SEC) has dropped the last 10 matches entering their Sunday clash with Tennessee. The Bulldogs are coming off a 3-0 loss to No. 11 Kentucky Friday night. Their lone win in conference came at home over Auburn as they came from two sets down to win 3-2 on Sept. 26.
