MEN'S TENNIS CENTRAL: South Carolina/Florida

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee men's tennis team hosts a pair of top-20 conference opponents this weekend at Barksdale Stadium.
The Vols (9-11, 1-7 SEC) play 20th-ranked South Carolina (14-6, 5-4) on Friday at 5 p.m. Eastern. On Sunday, Tennessee takes on 14th-ranked Florida (18-1, 8-1) at 1 p.m. Admission is free for all home matches.
Seniors Sunay Bhat and Jack Schipanski will be honored Sunday during the break between singles and doubles as part of senior day festivities.

SENIOR CLASS
- Seniors Jack Schipanski and Sunay Bhat will be honored during the singles and doubles break Sunday against Florida.
- Schipanski, a finance major from Adelaide, Australia, is in his third year starting for the Vols. He reached three national doubles tournaments with Luis Valero; they reached the second round of the NCAA championships last season and won the USTA/ITA Ohio Valley Regional Championships.
- Bhat, an electrical engineering major, is a three-time ITA Scholar Athlete and won his first career SEC doubles match earlier this spring.
NEW-LOOK DOUBLES
- Last week, the Tennessee Volunteers debuted a new-look doubles lineup with Timo Stodder and Luis Valero playing together for the first time at the top of the lineup and the all-Australian team of Jack Schipanski and Scott Jones at No. 2.
- Stodder and Valero scored a top-20 win on their debut, beating an 18th-ranked Auburn duo 6-4. Stodder is now 5-0 against top-25 doubles teams this season with the other four wins coming with Jones.
- Srdjan Jakovljevic and Luca Wiedenmann are back at No. 3 doubles. They won their first SEC match at the No. 2 position last week at Auburn.
