Need to Know
The Vols enter Friday night's contest on a three-game win streak following victories over Indiana State, LSU and Texas A&M. UT has outscored its opponents 7-2 during its win streak, led by the stellar play of Hannah Wilkinson. The New Zealand native scored two goals and had an assist in Tennessee's two wins last week and has recorded 12 points in the last four games. The Orange and White continue to climb the SEC standings with 12 points, just one point back of Missouri and Vanderbilt, and three behind fourth-place Florida.
Wilkinson Rewriting the Record Books
UT's active scoring leader continues her climb towards the top of a handful of Vols' career record lists. Wilkinson moved up to second on the program's career goals list after scoring for the fourth straight match in last Sunday's win over Texas A&M, her 30th career goal. She moved up to third on the Vols' all-time scoring chart with 76 career points as well. Wilkinson also scored her 10th career game-winning goal last week, which ranks fourth all-time at Tennessee. Her 16 assists also rank tied for 10th all-time in program history. Wilkinson leads the team and ranks fourth in the SEC with 23 points, which is a single-season high for her. The New Zealand international has posted at least one point in 10 of the team's last 12 games and leads UT with seven multi-point performances this season.
Attack Firing on All Cylinders
Tennessee's attack has been in fine form over the past two weeks with nine goals in the last four games. The Big Orange have scored two or more goals in 10 of the past 12 matches after only scoring multiple goals five times all of last season. Ten different players have found the back of the net for the Vols this season and 14 have recorded at least one point.
Vols Earning National Recognition
Numerous Tennessee players have garnered some national attention over the past few weeks. Wilkinson was named the NSCAA Women's College Player of the Week last Tuesday and Emily Morrow earned a spot on this week's Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week after assisting on a pair of goals last week. A trio of Vols were also named to midseason top 100 player lists this week by Top Drawer Soccer. Wilkinson and Carlyn Baldwin were named midseason top 100 players, coming it at No. 69 and No. 91, respectively, while Maya Neal came in at No. 100 on the midseason freshmen top 100 list.

Know the Foe
Kentucky
The Wildcats snapped a four-game losing streak with a 2-2 draw at Vanderbilt last Sunday, however, their last victory came nearly a month ago in a 3-2 triumph over Southeast Missouri. UK is led by the talented trio of Tanya Samarzich (18 points), Zoe Swift (12 points) and Marissa Bosco (11 points). Those three have combined for 41 of the team's 71 points and 14 of the Wildcats' 23 goals this season.
UT's All-Time Record vs. Kentucky: 12-12-1
The Vols snapped a three-game losing streak to the Wildcats with a 1-1 draw in Knoxville last season. UT is 5-4 all-time in Lexington, but will be looking for its first win over UK since an SEC Tournament quarterfinal victory in 2011.
