Vol Softball Countdown: 14 Days
January 28, 2016 | Softball

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Softball season is right around the corner Vol Fans! To get you ready for the upcoming season, we’ll be counting down the days by getting to know everyone on this year’s team.
We all already know how great these girls are on the field, so each day we’ll release a series of questions that were answered by each player to get to know them a little bit better off the field.
Today in our countdown we get to know one of the veterans on this year’s team, California native Megan Geer! Megan enters her junior season after a solid sophomore campaign where she tied for the team lead with 51 RBIs and blasted 14 home runs. She was also third on the team with 57 hits and played a major part in the Vols run to the 2015 SEC Tournament championship game, earning a spot on the all-tournament team. Megan was one of only two players to start every game for UT last season and has started 122 games over her first two years. So without further ado, let’s get to know more about Megan!
