UT-Eastern Kentucky Game Canceled

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Inclement weather in the Knoxville area has canceled Tuesday's game between the No. 4 Tennessee softball team and Eastern Kentucky.

Rain and dropping temperatures predicted for the remainder of the day have canceled the game between the Lady Vols (35-6, 11-4 SEC) and the Colonels (22-15, 10-5 Ohio Valley) that was originally scheduled for 6 p.m. ET.

Tennessee will next face Mississippi State (32-14, 5-10 SEC) this Friday through Sunday in a three-game home series at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium. UT and MSU square off on Friday at 6 p.m. ET. The teams will play a 2 p.m. ET game on Saturday and a 1:30 p.m. ET game on Sunday.
