The Friday and Saturday games will feature a free live video broadcast via UTSports.com. Sunday's game will be televised on ESPNU with Joe Davis as the play-by-play announcer and softball legend Michele Smith as the analyst.

- Tennessee is coming off a thrilling 9-8 win over Middle Tennessee State on Tuesday in the inaugural Mid-State Classic at Ridley Park in Columbia, Tenn. After MTSU clawed its way back to take an 8-7 lead in the top of the seventh, Annie Aldrete hit a solo home run to center to open the bottom of the seventh and Rainey Gaffin had a walkoff single to left with the bases loaded to drive in the winning run.
- Aldrete was named SEC Freshman of the Week on Monday after hitting .417 with two homers and seven RBIs last week. Aldrete is the first Tennessee freshman to earn the honor since Ellen Renfroe was named SEC Freshman of the Week on April 4, 2011.
- Tennessee is batting .328 as a team. Madison Shipman leads the team with a .425 batting average (37-for-87) to go with seven homers, nine doubles, 21 RBIs and 25 runs. Aldrete is batting .382 with five homers, eight doubles, two triples and 24 RBIs.
- Seven Lady Vols are hitting .314 or better and four players have at least five home runs: Shipman (seven), Melisa Davin (six), Lexi Overstreet (six) and Aldrete (five).
- UT's pitchers have combined for a 1.56 ERA and opponents are batting just .177 against them. Ellen Renfroe is 16-0 with a 0.99 ERA and 131 strikeouts over 106.1 innings.
