Wilkinson Scores Winning Goal vs. Switzerland

LARNACA, Cyprus - Tennessee's Hannah Wilkinson scored the match-winner for New Zealand on Wednesday to lift the Football Ferns to a dramatic 2-1 victory over Switzerland and take third place in the 2013 Cyprus Women's Cup.
Wednesday's match was played at Antonis Papadopoulos Stadium in Larnaca, Cyprus. Wilkinson scored the match-winner in the 89th minute, just one minute after teammate Betsy Hassett netted the equalizer. Wilkinson entered off the bench in the 46th minute. She scored two goals for the Football Ferns in the Cyprus Women's Cup.
UT alum Rhian Wilkinson and Canada are currently playing England in the Cyprus Cup final at GSP Main Stadium in Nicosia, Cyprus.
