KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - The Tennessee softball program has launched its new official Facebook team page at Facebook.com/TennesseeSoftball.
This new Facebook page adds to the social media coverage of Tennessee softball already found on UTSports.com, twitter.com/LadyVol_Sftball and Youtube.com/UTSportsTV. With added video content, behind-the-scenes pictures and updates throughout the season, this Facebook page will serve as one of the main hubs for Tennessee softball's social media activities and interaction with fans and alumni.
The Lady Vols are coming off a thrilling 2012 season that included the program's fifth appearance in the Women's College World Series. The 2013 season will be UT's 12th under the direction of co-head coaches Ralph Weekly and Karen Weekly. With a roster bolstered by 2012 Louisville Slugger/NFCA All-Americans Lauren Gibson, Ellen Renfroe, Raven Chavanne and Madison Shipman, UT is poised for another outstanding season this spring.
