HOLLY CANTWELL NAMED TO THE SEC COMMUNITY SERVICE TEAM

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Golf team co-captain Holly Cantwell has been named to the 2007 Southeastern Conference Community Service Team as announced by the SEC office. The Morristown, Tenn., native serves as the vice president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) at Tennessee, volunteers with several youth organizations in the area and attended the SEC Leadership Conference. This is the second year in a row in which Cantwell has been recognized by the conference for her community service efforts.
Some of Cantwell's work with children includes participation in organizations such as: Trunk or Treat, Toys for Tots, Sarah Green Pen Pals, Kids Book Club and Team and Toys. She was also honored as a Christmas dinner speaker at the Boys and Girls Club, and a Homecoming Kick-off speaker.
Cantwell, who maintains a 3.45 grade point average in exercise science, was also a contributor to Lift Up America and a Volunteer Athletic Scholarship Fund (VASF) autograph signing participant.
The SEC Community Service Team, formerly the Good Works Team, recognizes a student-athlete from each school who gives back to their community in superior service efforts. The 2007 SEC Community Service Team for golf follow:
