Vanderbilt finished fourth with eight victories and Memphis finished fifth with four.
"I was really proud of the guys this weekend," head coach Chris Mahony said. "We played a lot of great tennis and today's match was the perfect culmination to the event. Individually, my hat goes off to the co-mvp's of the tournament Adam and Bobby, they both played outstanding tennis."
Bobby Cameron and Adam Hubble played excellent tennis for Tennessee this weekend. Both players went undefeated in singles and then teamed up to win both of their doubles matches.
Cameron defeated ETSU's Felix Insaurralde 6-3, 6-2 Sunday to win his fourth straight match. The UT junior defeated the two highest-ranked players in the challenge on his way to a 4-0 weekend in singles. Cameron also defeated Andreas Siljestrom and Marco Born, the highest ranked team in doubles.
Hubble defeated Predrag Burmazovic of ETSU 6-2, 6-3 to run his win streak to four also. Hubble did not drop a set all weekend. The Australia native is now 9-2 this season.
Davey Sandgren added his third win of the weekend with a 6-2, 6-4 win over Lisandro Picardo. The redshirt-freshman from Gallatin is 9-3 this season in singles.
Derek Stephens added his third win of the weekend also with a come-from-behind victory over Sebastian Serrano. Stephens dropped the first set but captured the next two to win going away 0-6, 7-6, 6-4. Stephens 11 singles wins ties him with Cameron and Kaden Hensel for most wins on the team.
Chris Racz dropped his first match of the weekend with a 7-6, 6-2 defeat to Enrique Olivares. The freshman from Philadelphia, played a fine weekend of tennis, winning three straight matches before Sunday's defeat.

The Vols return to action Friday, when they begin play at the ITA Southeast Individual Indoor Regionals at Lexington, Ky.
