| 2003 TENNESSEE SOCCER CAMPS | |
The camp dates for the summer are as follows: CO-ED DAY CAMP (AGES 6-12) RESIDENTIAL CAMP (AGES 12-18) Aspiring soccer players will have the opportunity to learn the sport from one of the most outstanding coaching staffs in the country at the Tennessee Soccer Camps. Lady Vol head coach Angela Kelly will personally direct these camps. Lady Vol Assistant coaches Samantha Baggett and Scott Blount will be adding their professional assistance to the campers as well. UT will host three Lady Vol Camps, the first two, co-ed day camps open to 6-12 year olds, will be held May 26-29 and June 2-5, and will cover all aspects of the game. Students will learn the fundamentals of the game and will be taught skills that will enable them to improve immediately as a player. This camp will feature team building and mental game exercises, circuit training, and live scrimmage opportunities. The third Lady Vol Camp, to be held from July 19-23, will be a residential camp. This camp is only open to campers aged 12-18 as it will encompass more advanced training. All 2003 camps will be held at the Tennessee Soccer Complex just off of the campus of the University of Tennessee. Campers with all experience levels are welcome. Residential Camp Fees The $425 residential campers fee includes instruction, insurance, housing, meals, camp shirt, and an individualized camp evaluation. A non-refundable $175 deposit is due with your application by June 30. The remaining balance is due at registration. The fee for non-resident campers is $350. There is a team discount for teams bringing six or more campers. The fee will be reduced by $25 for each camper. There is also a family discount for families with multiple campers. The fee will be reduced by $25 for each camper when more than one family member attends. Co-ed Camp Fees The Co-ed Day Camp cost is $150 per camper which includes a camp T-shirt, and daily opportunities to win prizes and coaching from some of the finest staff in the country. A non-refundable deposited of $75 is due with the application. The remainder is due at registration. SPACE IS LIMITED! Apply early, applications take on a first come first served basis.
