On April 11, 2022, the Tennessee men's and women's tennis programs announced the hiring of Taylor Rodgers as director of tennis operations.
Rodgers oversees day-to-day operations for both UT tennis programs, including team travel, equipment, facilities, tennis camps, special events and coordination for home matches.
Rodgers arrived on Rocky Top having served as the previous year and a half, June 2020-March 2022, at Abilene Christian University where he was instrumental in the inner workings of the Wildcats' men's and women's tennis programs. A 2014 graduate of ACU, Rodgers went on to serve as the tennis director of operations and volunteer assistant coach for the men's and women's programs. In addition to this, Rodgers executed social media strategy, served as the programs' recruiting coordinator and even assisted with the stringing of racquets.
Rodgers and his wife, Faith, have one son: Miller. The Rodgers also own two dogs: Fallon and Griffey.
