2025-26 - SOPHOMORE
- Won the gold medal in the 3V4 at the 2026 SEC Championships, finishing with a time of 7:16.747 and finishing just under five seconds ahead of then No. 1 Texas (5/10/26).
- Logged a win with the 3V4+ crew in the regatta at Lake Carnegie, finishing ahead of boats from Princeton and Yale with a time of 7:22.7 (4/18/26).
- Earned the win in the III Eight in the finals of the Rocky Top Invite, crossing the finish line with a time of 6:36.032 and over seven seconds ahead of the second place crew (4/4/26).
- Notched a win in the morning semifinals of the Rocky Top Invite, with the 4V8 crew outpacing boats from UCLA and Duke with a time of 6:38.784 and finishing over 13 seconds ahead of the nearest competition (4/4/26)
- Member of 3V8 crew that won its heat in the opening day of the Rocky Top Invite, crossing the finish line with a time of 6:37.449 ahead of second place UCLA and third place Iowa (4/3/26).
- Placed second in the season opening dual against Stanford in the 3V8, finishing the contest behind a time of 6:53.447 (3/28/26).
2024-25 - FRESHMAN
- The inaugural Rocky Top Invite’s second day (4/5/25) was capped with UT's 4V4+ boat crossing the line over 41 seconds ahead of North Carolina's 3V4+.
- On day one of the Rocky Top Invite (4/4/25), was in Tennessee’s 4V4+ boat that put down a time of 7:41.576, crossing the line nearly 47 seconds faster than North Carolina's third varsity four.

- Has two uncles that rowed collegiately at Cal Berkeley and University of Washington. Uncle, Rob Shepherd, competed at 1992 Summer Olympics for United States
- Has a brother, Matthew

- Majoring in Hospitality & Tourism Management, College of Education, Health and Human Services
- Earned the Presidential Volunteer Service Award four times – 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
- Received thee California Scholarship Federation's Lifetime Membership Award in June 2024
- Attained the National Charity League's Senior Service Award in June 2024 (served 501 hours over a six-year period)
