Macy Tilton joined Tennessee Rowing in August 2017 as an administrative graduate assistant for operations. She assists the director of operations with day-to-day responsibilities and travel arrangements.

Tilton earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee in 2017. As an undergraduate at Tennessee she worked with the Tennessee Fund where she had the opportunity to speak with hundreds of Volunteer families. She enjoyed hearing their stories and sharing their passion.
