2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Competed in five meets during his first collegiate outdoor season
- Claimed a personal best and a ninth place finish with a time of 1:49.64 in the 800-meter at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19)
- Placed second in the 800-meter at the Tennessee Invite (4/6) with a 1:50.11
- Made his outdoor collegiate debut and recorded his first collegiate 1,500-meter with a time of 3:56.27 at the Raleigh Relays (3/29)
- Saw action in five meets during his debut indoor season for the Vols and finished with a personal best in 800-meter with a 1:50.97
- Ran the third leg of the DMR at the SEC Championships (2/23), helping the Vols finish with a time of 9:40.50 for fourth place
- Claimed a personal best in the 800-meter with a time of 1:50.97 at the Music City Challenge (2/10).
- Placed fifth in the 800-meter at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) and crossed the finish line in 1:52.40
- Competed at the Commodore Challenge (1/13) and finished eighth in the 800-meter with a time of 1:54.99
- Made his collegiate debut and helped Tennessee complete a sweep of the men's 800-meter at the KTCCCA College Opener (12/2), finishing third in a personal-best 1:52.29
HIGH SCHOOL
- Ran for Manchester Valley High School in Manchester, Md.
- Competed at the 2023 New Balance Outdoor Nationals where he clocked a personal-best time of 1:51.59 over 800 meters
- Won the 2023 MPSSAA Outdoor State Championship title in the 800-meter with a time of 1:53.48
- Also earned a runner-up finish in the 400-meter dash at the 2023 outdoor state meet with a time of 49.19
- Competed in the 800-meter run at the 2023 Adidas Track Indoor Nationals and finished second overall with a time of 1:54.95
- Secured a runner-up finish in the indoor 500-meter at the 2023 MPSSAA Maryland State Championships, clocking in at 1:06.86
- Placed fourth at the 2022 AAU Junior Olympic Games in the 800-meter final with a time of 1:52.36
- Helped his high school squad win a pair of 4x400m relay outdoor state titles as a sophomore and junior
- Also played soccer for three years (2019-21) for Manchester Valley
