2016 TRACK AND FIELD
Indoor
- A member of the 4x400m relay team that placed fifth with a time of 3:06.29 at the NCAA Indoor Championships, the second fastest time in the event in program history
- Set a new personal best time of 1:49.45 in the 800 meters, finishing 13th at the SEC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26
- Placed 11th in the 800 meters at the Tyson Invitational on Feb. 12 with a time of 1:52.79
- Finished sixth in the 800 meters at the VT "Doc Hale" Elite Meet on Feb. 5 with a time of 1:52.78
- Set the tenth best time in program history and a new personal best in the 500 meter run at the Hoosier Open on Dec. 11, finishing in fifth place with a time of 1:03.82
2015 TRACK AND FIELD
Indoor
- A member of the 4x400m relay team that placed eighth (3:13.13) at the SEC Championships
- Finished fifth in 600m at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 1:21.21
- Made his season debut at the Orange & Purple Classic on Jan. 10, helping UT's DMR team take first with a converted time of 10:00.45
- Competed in the 800 meters at the Auburn Invitational, finishing in 1:57.78
- Helped the men's DMR team earn a fourth-place finish at the Alabama Relays with a converted time of 9:59.11
- Placed 12th in the 800 meters at the Tennessee Relays in a time of 1:53.26
- Ran the third leg of UT's third-place finish in the DMR at the Tennessee Relays (10:01.37)
- Anchored UT's 4x400-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish and a time of 3:13.91 at the Tennessee Relays
- Helped Tennessee finish in fourth place and run its best time of the season in the DMR at the Penn Relays (9:58.66)
- Recorded a new PR in the 800-meters with a time of 1:51.79 at the Tennessee Challenge to finish 7th overall
- Ran the third leg of UT's best 4x400-meter relay performance of the season, helping the Vols to a 9th-place finish in a time of 3:12.44 at the SEC Championships
- Concluded his outdoor career with a 1:55.50 in the 800m at the SEC Outdoor Championships

- Competed in three races for UT in 2014
- Recorded a career-best 8K time on Sept. 13 at the Bluegrass Invitational, posting a 28:58.10
- Finished seventh on the team in all three events
- Finished seventh in the 800m (1:53.04) at the War Eagle Invitational

Honors
- Two-time indoor SEC scorer (m4x400mR, 5th, 3:10.83; mDMR, 5th, 9:56.52)
- Anchored the 4x400mR at the Alex Wilson Invitational, bringing them in to finish 16th in 3:14.60
- Ran with both relays at the SEC Championships and helped them both finish fifth...Also competed in the 800m, which he finished in 1:53.69 to place seventh in his heat
- Competed in the 800m at the Tyson Invitational, finishing tenth in 1:53.76...Anchored the 4x400mR, which finished 6th in 3:14.24
- Finished eighth in the Championship division of the 800m at the Armory Invitational, where he dropped his personal record to 1:52.48...Ran the third leg of the 4x400mR, helping them to a 14th place finish in the championship division
- Earned a then-career best and led the team in the 800m at the Texas A&M Mondo Challenge, finishing 6th in 1:52.87...Ran the second leg of the 4x400mR, helping them to a then-season best time and fifth place
- Ran the 500m at the Virginia Tech Invitational, placing third in a then-personal best time of 1:04.77
- Set a then-personal record in the 800m at the Kentucky Invitational, finishing 9th in 1:57.36...Contributed to the 4x400mR's first place finish, running the second leg of the relay

- Competed in the 800 meters at the SEC Championships, logging a time of 1:54.84 in the prelims
HIGH SCHOOL
- Member of eight-time AAU national champion Track Phi Track club team
- Part of 2011 national championship in the 4x400m relay for that organization
- Three-time AAU All-American, earning honors with that 4x4 and in the1500m in 2011 and in the 800m in 2009
- Four-time state individual scorer
- Fourth in the 800m in 2011, second in 2010 and sixth in 2009
- Runner-up in 1600m in 2010 as well...Three-time region champ in the 800m
