- Scored two points at his first conference meet, placing 23rd in the 100 breaststroke (54.77)
- Placed 31st in the 50 free (20.24) and 35th in the 100 freestyle (44.60)
DUAL MEET RECAP
- Competed in five meets during his first fall semester with the Vols and top times included: 20.87 in the 50 freestyle (NC State GAC Invitational), 46.61 in the 100 freestyle (NC State GAC Invitational), 59.66 in the 100 breaststroke (North Carolina) and 52.58 in the 100 butterfly (NC State GAC Invitational).
PRIOR TO TENNESSEE
- Finished third in the 50 freestyle, fifth in the 100 freestyle and swam the breaststroke leg of the fourth-place 200 medley relay at the Tennessee high school state championship
