- Defeated Texas' Siem Woldeab, 6-1, 6-4, in the NCAA Championships quarterfinals at the No. 4 spot.
- Clinched Tennesse's spot in the Elite Eight with a gritty three-setter over Florida State's Youcef Rihane, 6-7(7), 6-4, 7-6(5).
- Secured a singles victory over Harry Rock of Memphis in the second round of the NCAA Championships, 6-2, 6-2.
- Earned a No. 5-8 seed alongside Monday in the doubles draw of the 2024 NCAA Championships.
- Took down UF's 23rd-ranked duo of Aidan Kim and Nate Bonetto, 6-1, alongside Monday in the SEC Tournament quarterfinals.
- Posted a 6-1, 6-4 win over Kentucky's Eli Stephenson on court six.
- Gained two victories in a match against Ole Miss, winning at No. 1 doubles, 6-4, alongside Monday against Nikola Slavic and Lukas Engelhardt, and also securing a singles triumph over Carson Baker, 3-6, 6-2, 6-2.

- Secured the Vols' 4-0 sweep over No. 8 Harvard in a consolation match at ITA National Indoors, defeating Valdemar Pape at the No. 6 spot, 7-6(4), 6-3. Took down the Crimson's fourth-ranked doubles duo of David Milavsky and Cooper Williams, 6-4, alongside Monday.
- Clinched UT's 4-0 sweep over No. 5 USC in the R16 of ITA National Indoors, routing Samuel Rubell, 6-4, 6-2, on court six. Also posted a dominant doubles performance alongside Monday, taking down Peter Makk and Lodewijk Weststrate, 6-1.
- Tallied a doubles win alongside Monday over TCU's No. 7 pair of Sebastian Gorzny and Pedro Vives in a hard-fought battle against the fifth-ranked Horned Frogs.
- Secured the win over Oklahoma with a 7-6(5), 6-3 decision against Mark Mandlik to send the Vols to the ITA National Indoor Championship.
- Earned a victory over No. 15 Wake Forest's Luca Pow 7-6(1), 6-2, helping the Vols to a 5-2 win over the Demon Deacons.
- Clinched the doubles point with Monday vs. No. 14. Michigan, defeating the 31st-ranked duo of Gavin Young and Nino Ehrenschneider, 6-2.
- Registered a three-set singles victory over Tennessee Tech's Lucas Bitzer, 5-7, 6-1, 10-6.
- Won his first doubles match of the 2024 season alongside Filip Pieczonka, routing Tennessee Tech's Alex Alvarez and Lucas Bitzer, 6-1.
- Picked up two doubles wins alongside Monday at the Hagedorn Hidden Dual, defeating Winter/Homberg of Pepperdine and Hotard/Stoupe of LSU.

- Reached the 30-win mark in singles (30-9) for the first time in his career in 2022-23.
- Capped his second season on Rocky Top with a straight-set, 6-2, 6-3, singles win on court five over #102 Casey Hoole of South Carolina (5/13/23) in the NCAA Super Regional.
- Picked up a pair of 6-2 doubles wins alongside Prata to open the NCAA Tournament, defeating Belmont's (5/6/23) Luis/Cruz in the first round and Efstathiou/de Azcona of Wake Forest (5/7/23) in round two.
- Fought back from a 3-5, 0-30, third-set deficit to defeat Kentucky's Jaden Weekes (4/22/23), 2-6, 6-1, 7-5, in the SEC Tournament semifinals.
- Improved to 2-0 at the No. 4 singles lineup position this season with a 6-1, 7-6(0), victory over Lukas Engelhardt of Ole Miss (4/13/23).
- Earned Tennessee's fourth point to clinch the match in a 6-1 win over No. 5 South Carolina (4/9/23), defeating Jake Beasley at the No. 5 spot, 6-3, 7-6(3).
- Clinched the doubles point in Tennessee's 6-1 win at South Carolina (4/9/23), alongside Prata, winning a tiebreaker on court three over Hoole/da Silva, 7-6(4).
- Earned Tennessee its first point of the match in an eventual 4-3 win over Florida (4/7/23), with a 6-2, 6-4, decision on court five over Nate Bonetto.
- Was Tennessee's second singles point in its 4-0 sweep of fourth-ranked Kentucky (4/2/23), matching his singles win total from last year with his 24th victory of the 2022-23 campaign, a straight-set, 6-1, 6-4, win over Jaden Weekes at the No. 5 position.
- Matched his doubles win total from a year ago, logging his 10th win of the season by defeating Kentucky's (4/2/23) Draxl/Weekes on court three, 6-4
- Won the first eight games of his 6-0, 6-4, win over Texas A&M's (3/26/23) Guido Marson at No. 5 singles.
- In his first career completed doubles match alongside Martim Prata, clinched the doubles point for Tennessee with a 6-4 victory over Georgia's (3/18/23) Croyder/Johnston at the No. 3 spot.
- Clinched Tennessee's 5-2 win over Alabama (3/16/23) on court five over Roan Jones, 6-4, 6-3.
- Overcame George Stoupe of LSU (3/11/23) on court five, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 in Tennessee's 6-1 win.
- Logged three singles wins, including two in straight sets, at the ITA National Indoor Championship in Chicago. He defeated Virginia's (2/17/23) Douglas Yaffa on court six, 7-5, 6-2, Stanford's (2/18/23) 74th-ranked Aryan Chaudhary at the No. 5 spot 7-5, 6-7(6), 6-3 and Kenta Miyoshi of Illinois (2/19/23) 6-1, 6-1 on court five
- Won a lengthy first-set tiebreaker over Oklahoma's (1/28/23) Baptiste Anselmo en route to a straight-set, 7-6(10), 6-3 victory, his fifth consecutive win at the No. 6 singles spot to open the dual season.
- Clinched the crucial doubles point, alongside Emile Hudd, at the No. 2 spot in Tennessee's 4-3 win over Oklahoma to advance to the ITA National Indoor Championships. The UT pair won a tiebreaker, 7-6(7) over the Sooners' Han/Hasson.
- Used a come-from-behind effort to take down Wake Forest's (1/22/23) Juan Lopez de Azcona in three sets, 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 at the No. 6 singles spot.
- Clinched the doubles point for Tennessee on the road at #14 Wake Forest (1/22/23), winning 6-3 on court three over Efstathiou/Thomson with Shunsuke Mitsui.
- Surrendered just six total games in his first two singles matches of the dual season, a 6-1, 6-1 win over Charlotte's (1/8/23) Brett Gloria and a 6-2, 6-2 triumph over Piotr Pawlak of Texas Tech (1/9/23). Both wins came at the No. 6 singles spot.
- Posted five singles wins at the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, three of which came in straight sets.
- Recorded a three-match winning streak over a two-day span at the Knoxville Showdown, taking straight-set decisions over Columbia's Theo Winegar (6-4, 6-4), Illinois' Kenta Miyoshi (6-1, 6-2) and North Carolina's Benjamin Kittay (6-2, 6-3).

- Won 12 of 13 sets in a 6-0, 6-1 singles win over Vanderbilt's (4/10/22) Jeremie Casabon on court five in a 4-3 Tennessee win.
- Logged his third SEC singles win of the spring with a 6-4, 6-2 defeat of Adrien Burdet, clinching the match as Tennessee cruised to a 6-1 win over Arkansas (4/1/22).
- Earned a hard-fought win over Matthis Ross, 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 on court four in Tennessee's 4-3 win over No. 25 Texas A&M (3/25/22).
- Collected the first SEC singles win of his Tennessee career with a 6-2, 6-4 triumph over Mississippi State's (3/4/22) Bautista Vilicich at the No. 4 singles slot.
- Conquered Baylor's (2/20/22) Finn Bass in a straight-sets win, 6-4, 6-4 to help the Vols advance to the finals at the ITA Indoor National Championships.
- Fought back for a 6-7(5), 6-0, 6-4 singles victory over South Carolina's (2/19/22) Raphael Lambling at the ITA Indoor National Championships in Seattle.
- Battled for a victory vs. Columbia (2/13/22), clinching match point for the Vols by taking a three-setter over Max Westphal, 7-6(8), 6-7(4), 6-2 in Tennessee's 4-3 win.
- In a 7-0 sweep of Charlotte (2/12/22), recorded a straight-sets victory over Coy Simon, 6-1, 6-2.
- Clinched match point for the Vols as Tennessee defeated No. 5 TCU (1/16/22), 4-3. Diaz took down #33 Lui Maxted in a three-set battle, 5-7, 6-4, 6-3.
- Earned a 6-2, 6-3 singles win over ETSU's Juan Zabala in Tennessee's season-opener (1/12/22).
- Won five consecutive doubles matches with Shunsuke Mitsui at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional.
- Collected a pair of singles wins and a perfect 2-0 doubles record at the Knoxville Showdown (9/10/21-9/12/21), his first action as a Vol.
BEFORE TENNESSEE
- Compiled a record of 26-14 in singles and 22-12 in doubles in two seasons at UT Arlington.
- Earned a career-high ITA Singles ranking of No. 84 and earned First Team All-Sun Belt honors as a sophomore in 2021.
- As a junior player Diaz earned a high ITF Junior Ranking of 101 and a career-high UTR of 12.93.
