Graduate assistant Keith Clemons joined Rick Barnes’ staff at Tennessee as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2022.
Immediately prior to joining the Tennessee staff, Clemons played three seasons at Loyola-Chicago, helping the program capture three Missouri Valley Conference championships and make two NCAA Tournament appearances—including a run to the Sweet Sixteen in 2021.
Clemons began his college basketball career at Vincennes University in Indiana, where he helped the program compile a 68-5 overall record and advance to the 2018 NJCAA Final Four before ultimately capturing the NJCAA national championship—with him serving as team captain—in 2019.
A native of Norcross, Georgia, Clemons attended St. Joseph Central Catholic in Huntington, West Virginia, before spending his senior season at Wesley Christian in Allen, Kentucky.
Clemons earned his degree in Advertising/Public Relations, with cum laude honors, from Loyola-Chicago in 2021. He also holds an associate’s degree from Vincennes.
