Corey Easley enters his second season as Tennessee football’s assistant director of content in 2022.
As the Volunteers’ lead creative videographer, he produces and edits social media content for the team and student-athletes, team hype videos and assists in the coordination of the day-to-day content calendar. Easley also mentors the content team’s student assistants and coordinates photo shoots with current and prospective student-athletes.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Easley came to Knoxville in March 2021 after serving as the video production specialist at Liberty Athletics from Sept. 2019 to Feb. 2021. He directed and assisted with the execution of editing in-game videos promoting the Liberty brand, and he planned and executed marketing efforts for the department’s social media accounts. Easley worked closely with the Liberty lacrosse team in creating highlights, video scripts and graphics.
Easley previously served as a video intern at Purdue Athletics and ESPN. During the summer of 2016, he produced and edited high resolution video content for marketing and special events at ESPN.
Easley earned his degree in communications and electronic media from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. He served as a Diversity Ambassador at Capital, and he serves a brand manager for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He was selected as one of 300 students for the Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) program. .
