2026 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Ran four races during her junior outdoor season, setting PRs at the 5k and 1,500-meter distances
- Finished seventh in the 5,000-meter at the Outdoor Music City Challenge (5/1) with a personal-best time of 16:23.24
- Posted a 10th-place finish over 5k at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/16), clocking in at 16:29.12
- Ran her first collegiate 1,500-meter at the Tennessee Invite (4/10) and finished third with a time of 4:28.95
- Opened the outdoor season at the Raleigh Relays (3/27) with a time of 16:31.65, placing 48th overall
- Ran the 3k at four different meets during the 2026 indoor season
- Concluded the indoor campaign at the SEC Championships (2/28) with a time of 9:29.17, finishing 30th at the meet
- Posted her 3,000-meter PR at the Tyson Invitational (2/14) and finished fifth with a mark of 9:18.33

- Competed six times during the 2025 cross country season and was a consistent scorer in the Lady Vol lineup
- Finished with a time of 20:57.5 at the NCAA Championships (11/22), placing 228th overall
- The third Lady Vol to cross the line at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/14), securing 24th place and All-Region honors with a time of 20:05.42
- Placed 45th overall at the SEC Championships (10/31) with a time of 21:07.0
- Contributed to UT's fourth-place finish at the Missouri Pre-National Invitational (10/17) with a 30th-place individual finish in 20:29.4

2024 CROSS COUNTRY
- Competed five times during her sophomore cross country campaign
- Rounded out the fall season placing 195th overall and fifth among UT runners at the NCAA Championships (11/23), completing the 6k course in 21:08.2
- Finished 45th overall at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/15) with a time of 20:56.6
- Clocked a season-best 6k time of 20:22.7 at the SEC Championships (11/1), good for 56th place overall
- Opened the season finished 27th at the Gans Creek Classic (9/27) with a time of 20:36.2 over 6,000 meters
2024 TRACK & FIELD
Outdoor- Collected a first-place finish in the 5,000-meter with a time of 17:23.44 at the App State Open (4/27)
- Competed in the 5k at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19) and finished 45th with a time of 16:55.10
- Opened her outdoor campaign in the 5,000-meter with a time of 16:46.78 in the Raleigh Relays (3/29), finishing 74th overall

2023 CROSS COUNTRY
- Ran four times during her freshman cross country season with the Lady Vols
- Posted a time of 21:27.0 at the SEC Championships (10/27) to finish 49th ovberall
- Broke a personal record in the 6k at the XC Pre-Nationals (10/14) with a time of 21:20.0
- Crossed the finish line in 22:10.6 to place 22nd at the Furman Cross Country Invitational (9/16)
- Made her collegiate debut at the Tennessee Cross Country Invitational (9/1), placing second with a time of 17:18.4
