KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Seven Tennessee swimming & diving student-athletes represent the program on the men's and women's Academic All-District as announced by College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday.
Martin Espernberger features on the list for the third year in a row, while Camille Spink earns the honor for the second-straight year. Five Vols and Lady Vols make their first appearance on the All-District teams, with Ella Jansen, Emily Brown, and Simone Moll representing the women, while Bennett Greene and Nick Stone garner the distinction on the men's side. The Lady Vols now have 29 All-District selections all-time, while the Vols have collected 21 All-District honors.
Formerly known as CoSIDA, the All-District teams recognize student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-American ballot. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America selections will be announced on April 28.
A two-time CSC Academic All-American, Espernberger boasts a 3.86 GPA as an Electrical Engineering major. The 2024 Paris Olympian finalist in the 200 Fly has been an SEC Academic Honor Roll three times and was named the 2024 SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year. The senior has won three medals in the 200 Fly at the SEC Championships, including taking the gold medal in 2024. Espernberger has garnered three All-American honors in his career, and has twice been an All-SEC selection.
A 2025 CSC All-America Second Team selection, Spink holds a 3.82 GPA as a Sport Management major. Spink finished her junior year with four top five finishes at the NCAA Championships, including third place in the 50 Free. Spink swept the 50, 100, and 200 freestyles at the SEC Championships for the second year in a row, joining Georgia's Kara Lynn Joyce who did it in 2006 & 2007. Spink took the gold medal in the 50 and 100 Free for the third-straight year, becoming the first swimmer to do so since LVFL Erika Brown.
Jansen makes her debut on the All-District team, sporting a 3.76 GPA as a Kinesiology major. A 2024 Olympian for Canada, Jansen had a strong NCAA Championships performance while finishing four in the 500 Free and 400 IM. Jansen earned a trio of individual medals at SECs, winning the 400 IM and placing third in the 500 Free and 200 Fly. Jansen holds two school records for the Lady Vols, doing so in the 500 Free (4:32.82) and the 400 IM (3:59.59).

Greene was the only diver to place in the top eight in all three diving events, with his best finish being third in the 1-meter. Greene earned medals in all three diving competitions at the 2026 SEC Championships, including becoming the first Vol to win gold in the 1-meter since 2017. Greene also took home gold in the 1-meter at the USA Diving Winter Nationals, the first Tennessee diver to win gold at the meet since Colin Zeng won the platform in 2017. The sophomore ranks top ten in program history in all three diving disciplines, currently sitting fifth in the platform (419.20) and sixth all-time in both the 1-meter (410.25) and 3-meter (437.20).
The five-time All-American Brown makes her first appearance on the All-District team, with the sophomore currently holding a 3.64 GPA in Supply Chain Management.
