Ally Brown, Mac Midgley Receive All-America Honors From United Soccer Coaches

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The United Soccer Coaches announced Friday that Tennessee senior captains Ally Brown and Mac Midgley were recognized as members of the organization's All-America Fourth Team. The duo becomes the 11th and 12th players in program history to earn All-America distinction and the fourth set of Lady Vol teammates to claim All-America status in the same season.
Tennessee was one of 20 NCAA Division I women's programs in the country with multiple All-America honorees in 2025, including one of three from the Southeastern Conference.
Brown delivered a remarkable senior season for the Lady Vols, serving as captain of a team that led the SEC and ranked 13th nationally with 13 shutouts to tie a program record. She led the squad with 1,627 minutes played over the course of the 2025 campaign, finishing the year with two goals and four assists. The defender from College Grove, Tennessee, was recognized as the SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year and named First Team All-SEC and All-Region in 2025.
Midgley totaled one goal and four assists during her senior campaign and served as captain of a squad that was ranked in the top five for a majority of the season before earning a No. 3 national seed in the NCAA Tournament. The midfielder from Wolverine Lake, Michigan, also earned All-SEC and All-Region Second Team honors for her efforts leading the Lady Vols on the pitch in 2025.
