June 11, 2024 | Football
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Game time windows on the ESPN Family of Networks for the 2024 Tennessee football schedule have been unveiled by ESPN and the Southeastern Conference.
All SEC-controlled games starting with Week 4 (Sept. 21) will have set television windows, with select games tagged as Flex games between the Afternoon and Night windows.
Television start time windows for Weeks 4-14 are defined as follows:
Tennessee's consecutive home games against Kentucky (Nov. 2) and Mississippi State (Nov. 9) will feature night kickoffs in Neyland Stadium in the 6-8 p.m. ET window. The Mississippi State contest serves as Homecoming, and it will be the Vols' first night Homecoming tilt since 2019. It's the fourth straight year that UT and Kentucky will face off at night.
In addition, Tennessee's Nov. 23 Senior Day contest against UTEP will start at 1 p.m. ET and be streamed on ESPN+/SEC Network+.
The Vols' regular season finale at Vanderbilt on Nov. 30 is in the early window (12-1 p.m. ET start).
Tennessee's first three game times were announced earlier this month. The Vols open the season on Aug. 31 against Chattanooga at 12:45 p.m. ET on SEC Network in Neyland Stadium. UT then plays back-to-back night games with the Sept. 7 Duke's Mayo Classic against NC State at 7:30 p.m. ET on ABCÂ followed by a 7:45 p.m. ET home kick versus Kent State on SEC Network.
For all listed windows (Early, Afternoon, Night, Flex), the exact start time within such window(s) will be confirmed no later than six days prior unless otherwise noted below. Fans and viewers looking for more information on this new era for the SEC and ESPN can visit SECNetwork.com/sec-on-abc-and-espn.
