RIO MAR, Puerto Rico - The sixth-ranked Tennessee men's golf team is in third place following two rounds at the Puerto Rico Classic.

The Vols shot 14-under during round two to get to 30-under overall and enter round three one back of North Florida. UT's second-round score tied for the third-lowest team score on Monday.

Evan Woosley-Reed led Tennessee in round two. The sophomore followed his round-one 68 up with a 5-under 67 in round two and sits tied for fourth at 9-under overall ahead of the final round. Woosley-Reed registered a team-best eight birdies in round two.

Tennessee's second-best round-two score was provided by Lance Simpson, who notched a 4-under 68. The redshirt sophomore registered five birdies and a bogey-free front nine on Monday. The Knoxville, Tennessee, native enters Tuesday's final round tied for 20th at 6-under overall.

The Vols' third counting score in round two came from redshirt senior Jake Hall, who registered a 3-under 69 for consecutive rounds. Hall is 6-under overall and tied for 20th leading into round three.

Also shooting a 69 in round two was Laurent Desmarchais, who is competing individually. The junior shot a 3-under 33 on the back nine and sits inside the top 10 at 8-under overall.

Bryce Lewis provided Tennessee with their final contributing round on Monday after posting a 2-under 70. The redshirt senior enters the third and final round inside the top 15 at 7-under.

Josh Hill posted a 1-under 71 during round two and enters day three tied for 31st at 5-under overall.
