OOLTEWAH, Tenn. - The No. 13/14 Tennessee men's golf team wrapped up play at the Invitational at The Honors Course with a seventh-place finish.

As a team, UT shot 18-over through three rounds.

Josh Hill, who was Tennessee's highest finisher, logged a three-round total of 3-over for the event to tie for 23rd. Hill's best showing came in the first round when he registered a 1-under 71.

Sophomore Jackson Herrington placed just outside the top-25. Herrington's first round, a 7-under 65, was the lowest 18-hole score in the field this week.

After a tough start, Bruce Murphy notched a final-round 71 to tie for 28th at 5-over.

Redshirt senior Lance Simpson concluded the tournament tied for 34th. Simpson's lowest round of the event took place in round one when he fired a 1-under 71.

Chase Kyes, who competed individually, finished tied for 36th. Kyes logged a 2-under 70 in the first round.

Tennessee's final golfer, Reed Lotter, placed 67th.

UP NEXT: The Vols will head north to South Bend, Indiana, for the Fighting Irish Classic, which runs from Monday, Oct. 6 to Tuesday, Oct. 7.
