KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee announced Thursday afternoon that the men's basketball team's contests against both Kentucky and Alabama are officially sold out.

Tennessee is already sold out of season tickets for 2024-25. In each of those six years, Tennessee has finished top-eight nationally in average attendance, including placing fourth in 2023-24 at 19,664.
The Volunteers, who play in the third-largest on-campus college basketball arena in the country, sold out eight games during their SEC-winning 2023-24 campaign, including five in a row, both of which set a single-season record.
No. 12 Tennessee started the 2024-25 season Monday night with an 80-64 victory over Gardner-Webb at Food City Center behind a team-high 18 points from fifth-year guard Chaz Lanier in his program debut. The team returns to the court Saturday at noon in Louisville, Ky., where it squares off with Louisville at the KFC Yum! Center, live on ACC Network.
