Vols in the NFL – Week 6

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – As the NFL season rolls on, yet another Josh Heupel-era Vol made their professional debut in Week 6.
Quarterback Hendon Hooker made his much-anticipated debut on Sunday. With Detroit dominating Dallas, Hooker took the reins in the fourth quarter for the Lions' final 11 snaps. He completed one of two pass attempts for 19 yards.
Matthew Butler was elevated from the Las Vegas practice squad and started for the Raiders against Pittsburgh. He finished the game with four total tackles.
Alvin Kamara found the endzone for the seventh time this season as New Orleans battled NFC South rivals Tamps Bay. The eight-year veteran rushed 13 times for 40 yards and a score, while catching five passes for 24 yards.
