Watch Football Media Day at 12:45 p.m. ET Tuesday

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Preseason camp has arrived for Tennessee football under the direction of third-year head coach Josh Heupel, the 2022 Associated Press SEC Coach of the Year.

Heupel, defensive coordinator Tim Banks and offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach Joey Halzle will participate in media day on campus beginning at 12:45 p.m. ET Tuesday.

The press conference will be streamed live on Tennessee Athletics' YouTube page and @Vol_Football social platforms - X and Facebook.

Select Vol players will meet with the media in a group setting in the afternoon.

The Vols report for camp on Tuesday before going through their first practice in helmets and shorts on Wednesday morning at Haslam Field.

Tennessee returns 62 letterwinners and 12 starters from a team that posted an 11-2 record, a No. 6 final ranking and an Orange Bowl title a year ago.

Orange Bowl MVP Joe Milton III returns at quarterback for his sixth and final collegiate season. The Vols bring back three out of the top four leading tacklers from 2022, including senior linebacker Aaron Beasley who led the squad with 76 tackles and 13 tackles for loss.
