Vols Making Impact In All-Star Games, Senior Bowl Saturday

Six members of the 2022 Orange Bowl champion Tennessee football team are making an impact in all-star game weeks as they prepare for their NFL careers.
Offensive lineman Jerome Carvin, linebacker Jeremy Banks and tight end Princeton Fant participated in the East-West Shrine Game on Thursday night in Las Vegas.
Meanwhile, offensive lineman Darnell Wright and edge rusher Byron Young will play in the Reese's Senior Bowl at 2:30 p.m. ET Saturday from Mobile. The contest will be televised live on NFL Network.
Quarterback Hendon Hooker has spent the week in Mobile meeting with teams and will be on the sidelines with the American team as he continues to rehab his knee. Wright and Young will also play for the American squad.
Wright has dazzled scouts and his peers this week as he was selected as the Offensive Line Practice Player of the Week. The Huntington, West Virginia, native was outstanding in 2022, earning first-team All-SEC honors while not allowing a sack in the final 19 games of his career.
Future NFL Vols will turn their attention to the NFL Combine, March 3-6, in Indianapolis. Tennessee's Pro Day will be held on March 30. The NFL Draft is set for April 27-29 in Kansas City, Missouri.
