Vols in the NFL - Week 12

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – A pair of rookie wide receivers had breakout games to highlight the Vols in the NFL Week 12 performances.
Jalin Hyatt started his third contest of the season for the New York Giants and had his best game of the season in a win over the New England Patriots, logging career highs with five catches for 109 yards (21.8 avg). Hyatt helped the Giants claim a 10-7 win against the Patriots.

Cleveland Browns' wideout Cedric Tillman also put forth his best performance of the year in a loss to the Denver Broncos. Like Hyatt, Tillman also tallied career highs in receptions (four) and receiving yards (55).
On the defensive side of the ball, New Orleans Saints cornerback Alontae Taylor tied a season-high with six tackles against the Falcons and Seattle Seahawks defensive end Darrell Taylor logged a sack while tying his season-high with two quarterback hits in a loss to the 49ers.

Executed 10 successful snaps during the Titans' 17-0 win against the Panthers.
Joshua Dobbs - Vikings - QB
Made his third start and fourth appearance for the Vikings. Completed 22 of 32 passes for 185 yards and one touchdown in a 12-10 loss to the Bears. Added 11 rushing yards on two attempts.

On practice squad.
Hendon Hooker - Lions - QB
On Reserve/Non-Football Injury list.

Posted a career-high five receptions while notching a career-best 109 receiving yards during the Giants' win over the Patriots.
Theo Jackson - Vikings - DB
Played 13 special teams snaps and 18 defensive snaps, logging one tackle in a loss to the Bears on Monday night.
Jauan Jennings - 49ers - WR
Tallied one reception for seven yards during the 49ers' 31-13 win against the Seahawks.
Alexander Johnson - Dolphins - LB
On practice squad.
Velus Jones Jr. - Bears - WR
Played nine snaps on special teams and recorded one kick return for 28 yards during the Bears' win over the Vikings.
Alvin Kamara - Saints - RB
Recorded 15 rushing attempts for 69 yards and tallied five receptions for the Saints in their loss to Atlanta.
Cade Mays - Panthers - OL
Played 35 offensive snaps and two special teams snaps in the Panthers' loss to the Titans.
Emmanuel Moseley - Lions - CB
Placed on injured reserve on Oct. 14.
Joshua Palmer - Chargers - WR
Placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury on Nov. 5.
Cordarrelle Patterson - Falcons - RB
Notched eight rushing attempts for 43 yards and added two kick returns for 43 yards during the Falcons' win against the Saints.
Kyle Phillips - Saints - DE
Inactive for Week 12.
Jalen Reeves-Maybin - Lions - LB
Played 20 snaps on special teams and logged one rushing attempt on a fake punt during the Lions' loss to the Packers.
Trey Smith - Chiefs - OL
Started and played 60 offensive snaps for the Chiefs during their 31-17 win against the Raiders.
Cameron Sutton - Lions - CB
Started at cornerback and played 56 defensive snaps while logging two tackles for the Lions.
Alontae Taylor - Saints - CB
Started at cornerback and tied his season-high with six tackles during the Saints matchup against the Falcons.
Darrell Taylor - Seahawks - DE
Recorded one sack and a season-best two quarterback hits during the Seahawks' loss to the 49ers.
Cedric Tillman - Browns - WR
Earned his second career start and logged a career-high four receptions for 55 yards during the Browns' matchup against the Broncos.
Shy Tuttle - Panthers - DL
Started his 11th game in a row while playing 22 defensive snaps and adding three solo tackles during the Panthers' loss to the Titans.
Kendal Vickers - Cardinals - DE
On practice squad.
Darnell Wright - Bears - OL
Started at right tackle and played 70 offensive snaps during the Bears' 12-10 victory over division-rival Minnesota.
Byron Young - Rams - DE
Started his ninth consecutive game at defensive end and tallied two total tackles, including one TFL during the Rams' 37-14 victory over the Cardinals.
