KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Tennessee track & field program hits the road again this weekend as it travels to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for the Crimson Tide Invite. The two-day meet runs Friday and Saturday, April 22-23 at the Sam Bailey Track & Field Stadium.

Live results from the meet will be provided by Prime Time Timing throughout the weekend. Friday and Saturday's action will be streamed online via SEC Network+ and is available on the WatchESPN app.
MEET SCHEDULE
Action for Tennessee begins Friday at 3 p.m. ET with the men's and women's hammer throw and concludes that night at 10:35 p.m. with the running of the men's 5,000-meter. Saturday's action gets going at 10 a.m. in the men's discus throw. The women's unseeded 5,000m run at 6:25 p.m. wraps up the weekend for the Big Orange.
WHO'S COMPETING
Tennessee's middle and long-distance runners as well as throwers and select field athletes make up the 39 members of this weekend's travel party. Featured among the travel party are four school record-holders – Jordan West (men's shot put), Georgios Korakidis (men's hammer throw), Latavia Maines (women's shot put) and Hannah Jefcoat (women's pole vault).
PINNOCK EARNS FIRST SEC WEEKLY HONOR
Freshman jumper Wayne Pinnock earned SEC Freshman of the Week after a record-setting long jump performance last weekend at the War Eagle Invitational. Pinnock leaped 8.06m (26-5.5) at Auburn and currently leads the Southeastern Conference and is tied for the best wind-legal jump in the nation this season.
The jumper also set the Tennessee freshman record with the leap, surpassing the 40-year-old rookie record of 7.89m (25-10.75) set by Greg Neal in 1982.

Wayne Pinnock – Men's Long Jump – 8.06m (26-5.5) (No. 2 NCAA)
