AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Tennessee women's golf team concluded the Valspar Augusta Invitational at Forest Hills Golf Club Sunday, finishing 12th overall with a score of 623 (+47).
Kayla Holden, a sophomore, shot 3-over (75) in the final round, ending the event tied for 38th place at +10 (154).
Senior Mikayla Bardwell carded a 71 (-1) with back-to-back birdies in her back nine, while junior Vanessa Gilly shot 1-over (73) Sunday. The pair concluded the event at 12-over, tied for 46th place.
Nicole Whiston posted a 75 in the final round to finish tied for 55th place. Freshman Bailey Davis carded an 81 Sunday and ended the event tied for 65th place.
Hadley Walts, a senior, posted a 79 Sunday and made an eagle on hole 11. She ended the event in 78th place.
