Lewis carded Tennessee's best round of the day and the lowest round of his collegiate career, shooting an 8-under 64—tied for the best second round of any golfer in the 77-man entire field. Lewis had seven birdies and an eagle on Monday.
After his 3-under performance in round one on Sunday, Lewis now sits at 11-under and tied for fourth place overall—three strokes out of the individual lead.
