League Coaches Pick Lady Vols No. 4 in SEC

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southeastern Conference released its volleyball coaches' preseason poll Wednesday, with the Lady Vols picked to finish fourth.
Tennessee returns all of its starters from the spring, including kills leader Lily Felts, right side Morgahn Fingall, middle blockers Ava Bell and Danielle Mahaffey, setter Natalie Hayward, libero Madison Bryant and defensive specialist Giana Pellizzon.
Defending national champion Kentucky was picked as the favorites to win the league, while Florida and LSU were picked to finish second and third in the SEC, respectively.
Tennessee opens the 2021 season Friday with an exhibition match against Appalachian State beginning at 6 p.m. ET. On Saturday, UT plays its annual Orange & White match starting at 12:30 p.m. Both matches are free and open to the public.
The Lady Vols open up regular season action on Friday, Aug. 27 at 7 p.m. ET at home against Texas Tech.
