Tennessee Set for Rematch Against Kentucky

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee's swimming and diving team jumps into the competition pool for the first time in 2021 as it faces Kentucky Thursday and Friday at the Allan Jones Aquatic Center.
The fifth-ranked Lady Vols host No. 10 Kentucky on Thursday, while the 11th-ranked Vols take on the Wildcats Friday. Both meets begin at 3 p.m. ET.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no spectators will be allowed into the Allan Jones Aquatic Center. Live results will be available at this link, on the Meet Mobile app and on DiveMeets.com.
Tennessee and Kentucky are meeting for the second time this season, following a late October meet in Lexington. At that meet, the Lady Vols fell to the Wildcats 152-148 in a matchup that went down to the final race.
On the men's side, the Vols triumphed over UK in dominating fashion, winning 194.5-105.5.
Thursday and Friday will be the first time the Vols and Lady Vols have been in the competition pool since the Tennessee Double Dual in November. UT took on Alabama and Virginia at the double dual with both squads defeating the Tide.
The Tennessee men currently own seven top 15 times in the nation this season, while also seeing all five relays ranked inside the top 15 as well. The Lady Vols have 18 top 15-ranked times this season and currently have all five relays ranked inside the top 10 nationally.
