QUOTES
Stamatia Scarvelis
"I just knew my technique on the other throws hadn't been great. I knew if I went in and executed the throw, start tall, end tall, complete a throw, I'd have a chance against Janeah. Janeah's a really good hammer thrower. We're three and four in the country right now. It's always great competition at the SECs. I knew I needed to execute a technical throw and just let it happen."
