KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Rowing is in action in Kansas City, Kan. this weekend, competing in the Big 12 Double Dual on Saturday, April 7.Â
The Vols will be one of four teams in attendance at the event. Other Big 12 teams competing are Kansas, Kansas State, and Alabama. Tennessee will have five boats competing in 10 events spread over two sessions.
The Vols will face off against Kansas State in the first session beginning at 1:10 p.m. ET with the 1V8+. Following will be the 2V8+ at 1:30 p.m. ET, the 1V4+ at 1:50 p.m. ET, the 2V4+ at 2:10 p.m. ET, and the 3V8+ at 2:30 p.m. ET.
In the second session the Vols will face the Jawhawks with the 1V8+ squaring off at 3:30 p.m. ET followed by the 2V8+ (3:50 p.m. ET), 1V4+ (4:10 p.m. ET), 2V4+ (4:20 p.m. ET) and 3V8+ (4:30 p.m. ET).Â
Tennessee will remain on the road next weekend, traveling to Clemson for the Clemson Invitational on April 14-15. Â
