CLEMSON, S.C. -- Tennessee track & field completed day two of the Tiger Paw Invitational with strong performances from Christian Coleman and Darryl Sullivan. The Vols set 14 personal records, two event wins and nine top-five performances over the two-day event at Clemson University Indoor Complex.

Coleman extended his NCAA and World lead in the 200m dash as he won the race in 20.46. Coleman set a facility record and moved into third place on Tennessee's all-time indoor 200m record list. Coleman surpassed Leonard Scott (20.47) as he bettered his time of 20.49, which he set at the Razorback Invitational earlier this year. Coleman also notched the Clemson University Indoor Complex record that was set earlier this year by Tevin Hester at 20.96. Malik Elion set a new personal best in the 200m as he finished in 15th place with a time of 21.80.

Sullivan set a Tennessee freshman record with a high jump of 2.20m (7-2.5) to win the competition. Sullivan's jump also tied for fifth on Tennessee's all-time career record book and the mark would rank in the NCAA's top 10 marks entering the weekend. Sullivan's career best entering the day was a 2.15m (7-0.5) clearance that he completed at the Commodore Invitational.

Stamatia Scarvelis took third place in the women's shot put with a throw of 15.77m (51-9) on her final attempt. It was Scarvelis' second top-three finish of the weekend, as she took second in the women's weight throw on Friday. Tamia Crockett finished in eighth with a mark of 14.05m (46-1.25).

Junior Shania Collins finished in 16th place with a time of 23.95 in the women's 200m dash. Maia McCoy finished 17th in 24.06 while DeAndra Greer took 35th with a mark of 24.85. Freshman Domonique Turner set a new personal best in the 200m as she finished in 25.35.

Maya Neal and Marcellus Fletcher picked up a pair of seventh place finishes for the Vols. Neal completed the 600m race in a time of 1:42.53 while Fletcher triple jumped 14.48m (47-6.25).

Sophomore Zach Long competed in the 3000m race at the Husky Classic on Saturday evening and finished in 26th place with a time of 8:11.79. Long set a personal best by almost 20 seconds as he was one of 90 runners to compete in the event at Dempsey Indoor in Seattle.
