SWIM CENTRAL: Orange & White Meet

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee swimming and diving program opens its 2016-17 home schedule Friday with the Orange and White Intrasquad Meet at the Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center.
The meet begins at 3:30 p.m. Admission is free. Please note the new clear bag policy for all meets this season at Jones Aquatic Center.
This is the fifth year of the men's and women's combined scoring Orange and White Meet. The Orange team has won three of the first four years of the combined meet, including a close contest last year, 668-667.
The Vols' intrasquad meet is different than most scrimmages because swimmers and divers are selected to either the orange or white team as freshmen and remain on that team for the rest of their career.
