NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Vols quarterback Joshua Dobbs had a big day in Nashville on Wednesday as he took part in UT Day on The Hill at the War Memorial Auditorium in Nashville. Dobbs 'coached' the Tennessee House of Representatives to a 13-12 win over the Tennessee Senate.
